We read every email and respond within two business days. Whether you’ve spotted an error in a review, want to suggest a casino we haven’t covered, or have a tip about an operator behaving badly, this page tells you exactly how to reach the right person on our team.
Choose The Right Channel
Different inquiries go to different inboxes so they get to the right person faster. Below are the channels we monitor, what each is for, and the typical response time you should expect.
Editorial Inquiries
Questions about reviews, suggested operators to cover, corrections, or tips about casinos worth investigating.
Report An Error
Found a factual mistake, outdated information, or broken link in one of our reviews? Let us know and we’ll verify and correct it.
Operator Inquiries
For casino operators, affiliate managers, or PR representatives. Note that we don’t accept paid placements or change reviews based on commercial requests.
Press And Media
Journalists, researchers, or industry analysts looking for commentary, data, or interview opportunities with our editorial team.
Contact Our Editors Directly
If your question relates to a specific market or you’d like to reach the writer of a particular review, you can contact our regional editors directly through their author profiles. Each profile has a contact section with their preferred channels.

Response Time Expectations
We’re a small editorial team, not a 24/7 support operation. Here’s what you should realistically expect when you reach out, broken down by inquiry type.
If you haven’t heard back within those timeframes, your message may have hit our spam filter. Email [email protected] as a fallback and reference your original inquiry.
What We Can’t Help With
Please Don’t Contact Us About
- Specific casino disputes (cancelled withdrawals, locked accounts, bonus disagreements). We’re not the operator and we can’t intervene. Contact the casino’s support team or your local regulator instead
- Account creation or login issues at casinos we’ve reviewed. We don’t manage anyone’s account but our own
- Personal gambling advice or recommendations on what to bet. We review operators, we don’t tell you how to play
- Requests to remove negative reviews of operators. Our editorial independence policy doesn’t allow it, regardless of who asks
- Affiliate program questions for operators we promote. Contact those operators directly through their affiliate portals
Reader Reports About Operators
If you’ve had a negative experience at a casino we’ve reviewed, we want to know. Reader reports inform our re-review schedule and patterns of complaints often surface issues that aren’t visible during a single round of testing.
Send specifics to the corrections inbox: which casino, what happened, when, and any documentation you can share (screenshots, emails, transaction IDs). We don’t share your details with the operator and we don’t publish reader reports without explicit permission.
Worth noting: a single complaint won’t change a published rating, but a pattern of similar reports across multiple readers absolutely will. We re-tested and downgraded three operators in 2025 directly because of reader-submitted evidence.
If You Need Help With Problem Gambling
This isn’t the right place for that, but we don’t want to leave anyone without resources. We maintain a dedicated responsible gambling page with helplines, self-exclusion tools, and support organizations for the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia. If gambling has stopped being entertainment for you or someone you know, please use those resources.
